Professional care
The quality of every treatment begins with the careful selection of our team. Palawi therapists are chosen according to their professional training, certifications, practical experience and ability to provide care at a high professional and ethical standard.
We place particular emphasis on many years of practical experience, mastery of traditional Asian techniques, an individual approach and respect for every client’s privacy. We support the professional standard of our team through regular internal workshops, additional training and continuous supervision of treatment quality.
Our reception team is trained in professional communication, discretion and helping clients choose a suitable treatment. The cleanliness of our premises, linen and equipment is maintained according to established hygiene procedures.
20 additional minutes with every massage
We reserve an additional 20 minutes for every massage beyond the treatment time itself. This allows the client to change or shower without rushing, provides time for the foot-cleansing ritual and ensures that the room can be fully prepared afterwards.
Between clients, the room is cleaned and disinfected, all linen is replaced and everything required for the next treatment is carefully prepared. The therapist also has time for a short rest, allowing her to give every client her full attention and energy.
Organic oils and carefully selected products
For our massages, we exclusively use organic plant oils that are 100% cold-pressed. Our products are selected according to the principles of aromatherapy and phytotherapy, with emphasis on their composition, origin and suitability for each particular treatment.
Selected treatments also include 100% natural extracts from herbs and flowers, as well as fresh ingredients such as aloe vera, ginger, cucumber, coffee, cocoa and honey. For cream massages and foam baths, we use carefully selected professional products suited to the character of each treatment.
Everything you need will be prepared for you
You do not need to bring anything special when visiting Palawi. Depending on your chosen treatment, we will provide comfortable spa clothing, towels and refreshments. A light snack is included with In Love treatments and all three-hour treatments.
We respect your privacy and intimacy
Treatments are provided in private, fully equipped rooms, most of which have their own shower or bathtub. Every client is given sufficient privacy and time to prepare, change and conclude the treatment without rushing.
During oil and cream massages, the body remains appropriately covered, with only the area currently being treated exposed. The level of covering is always adjusted to the client’s comfort and temperature.
Every part of the treatment is designed to preserve the client’s dignity, privacy, safety and comfort throughout the visit. Palawi provides exclusively professional wellness and massage treatments. Inappropriate suggestions, touching or requests that exceed the professional nature of the treatment are not permitted and may result in its immediate termination.
Time for peaceful relaxation
After your treatment, there is no need to rush back into the pace of everyday life. In our relaxation area, you can enjoy tea with fresh ginger, read, rest or spend a quiet moment on our green terrace.
