What to Expect at Palawi
Group, team-building and corporate programmes
Group programmes can be arranged in advance according to the number of participants and the preferred format. We can provide massages for up to 8 people at the same time, while larger groups can take turns.
The length and selection of treatments can be tailored individually, and refreshments can also be arranged upon request. If all therapists are reserved, the programme may take place throughout the entire spa; smaller groups are accommodated alongside regular operations.
From arrival to final relaxation
Arrival
Upon arrival, you will change into prepared and disinfected slippers in the entrance area. Your shoes can be placed in an individual storage locker before you continue to reception.
Welcome
Our reception team, speaking at least Slovak and English, will welcome you and offer you water, lemonade or ginger tea. During your first visit, you will complete a brief health questionnaire. On subsequent visits, you only need to inform us of any changes in your health.
Preparation for your treatment
The reception team will explain the course of your chosen treatment and introduce you to your therapist. Our therapists communicate in simple English and use the basic instructions required during the massage or spa ritual.
Your treatment
Your therapist will guide you through the entire treatment, from the initial preparation to its completion. Each massage and spa ritual follows its own specific course, described in greater detail in the individual treatments in our spa menu.
After the treatment
After your treatment, our reception team will welcome you back and offer you ginger tea with honey. You can enjoy it peacefully in the relaxation room, with a book from our library or, during pleasant weather, on our green terrace.
The entire visit is designed so that you do not have to worry about anything from the moment you arrive and can focus fully on comfort, calm and relaxation.
