Acupressure massage adapted for mothers-to-be

Gravidity I is based on acupressure techniques and focused work on areas that deserve particular attention during pregnancy. After a ritual cleansing foot bath, the treatment continues with a 40-minute Mama Massage of the legs and hands, using appropriately adapted pressure techniques without massage oil.

The following 20 minutes focus on the back and neck. Here too, the therapist adapts the treatment to the stage of pregnancy and the current comfort of the mother-to-be. Gravidity I therefore provides 60 minutes of acupressure work across the legs, hands, back and neck, followed by time for a drink and peaceful relaxation.

If you prefer the gentler character of an oil massage rather than acupressure techniques, Gravidity II combines a 30-minute Oil Mama Massage of the back and neck with a 30-minute face and head massage.
